Our stay at Grand Dewan was amazing. They provide pick and drop facility as well and the rooms were premium, clean and the staff as well is very cooperative

The hotel provide best experience with hospitality and food also. I stayed with family and it was superb experience. Room was awesome and clean. Best experience 👌🏻

The room was near and clean at Grand Dewan however the kitchen service was very poor..Too delayed and also not a tasty one at all..We tried 3 meals and were not satisfied at all

The room was good, the location is also so far so good but the food is not so good. I asked the order taker Tandoori roti is good or I should order Rice he said Roti will be good but roti was made up of refined flour and it was hard like a papad very difficult to chew. we have walked for around 28 Km to Vaishnavo mata darshan and we were expecting nice food as we were very hungry. They have spoiled our experience and staff is not so professional as property claims four star. Room amenities is ok. Overall I have spended 4500 Rs for this room but it's not worth it. I might get the same priced room in good 4 star chain hotels.

there is no option to change the booking dates i try a lot to connect your customer service but there is no number available . I did not stay in this hotel on 9 April but unfortunately I have paid the whole amount there is no solution provided from your side not even from hotel management. worst experience with mmt ever
